The Best Doorman Ever Award

Brick Lane - London is an amazing place and the reason for that are the many brilliant Spots there...According to me, 1001 is most certainly the uncrowned Prince of the lot...the whole concept is WICKED!!...

A Portuguese friend of mine named Andre used to work for this Mexican Place known as Green and Red or Is it Red and Green??..However one can locate the place as soon as one walks to the Bethnal Green end of Brick Lane and take a left one will discover this place..For those who have been here already you'll know the joys of Mexican Dining and Lounging...of course not to forget the all Mexican beer list and the bloody brilliant cocktails made by the bloody brilliant Bar staff....

But what indeed takes the cake for me is Steven...This guy Personifies the saying 'no matter what you do, make sore to do i well.' A warm Jamaican personality with a great sense of humor this individual is also a Drum teacher and a Proud Father of a Lead Female Vocalist of a Hit Live Band in London...

Out of the not so brief conversation with the man, Rahul & I were most entertained at his response to being called 'the best doorman ever!!'
He said he had already prepared his acceptance Speech and tho initially it was only meant to be 'Cheers!!' he decided it needed to begin with "I would first like to thank God and my Parents without whom I would never be here...OPENING these shitty DOORS!!!"
the rendition was so brilliant that I suddenly felt compelled to write about it...Now I generally frequent in Poetic elaborations of such exhilarating, inspirational events but as a step up in the evolutionary process of my writing, this note would be the outcome of that spurt of creativity...

However I have now Raised the Bar for Doormen world wide I have given you a standard to measure up to...this guy beats the St.Peter too who I guess went deaf for a while listening to rock Music...He managed to open the door to freedom from my writer's Block for me.....
